4. Bug fixed: Windows 2000 / XP standard and restricted users (without admin / poweruser 
rights) can change and save now their preferences and settings correctly.
5. User preferences and settings are saved into database, so program users in network 
are no more dependent of single computer. File "kontakt1L.ini" no more used.
