Installing FRISAPI and FReport BDS2007 components:

Install packages:
PLPic100.bpi, StrWrap100.bpi, ChCoders100.bpi, FRIsapiApp100.bpi, FReport100.bpi.

To use TPLPicture component, add CommonFiles\PLPICT23.dll to your search path.

Known problems:
FReport IDE preview may not work.
Application wizard (package FRIsapiWiz100.bpl) doesn't work.
